This large two-storey villa for rent , first built by the Conti Porcia e Brugnera as a hunting lodge and enlarged in the 18th century, is situated in the lovely countryside on the border between the provinces of Treviso and Pordenone, strategically located within easy reach of the north Adriatic beaches and the Dolomites. The villa has a central hall, with a beautiful staircase and frescoes in the Neoclassical style, separated from the east wing, where the owners live, and the west wing, which is reserved for guests. 8 bed-rooms, 1 very big and furnished kitchen , a dining room for 20 people. Two living rooms.It has a small chapel and a three-hectare park. Napoleon and General Radetzky are said to have stayed there.
Religious services can be celebrated in the chapel..

The villa is a perfect setting for weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, either indoors or outdoors.
There is space for parking.
Places of artistic interest, such as Venice, Treviso, Asolo, Padua, Conegliano, Vittorio Veneto and Oderzo, may be reached by rail (Udine-Venezia line, 10 km) and road (A4 motorway, 18 km).
Mountain and seaside resorts are within easy reach.
There are tennis courts, a swimming-pool, golf courses and cycle tracks in the neighbourhood. |
